• A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

M.pharm(Master of pharmacy)

Duration: 4 years course

Criteria:
• For admission to the Pharmacy courses, student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology.
• Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Students, those pass the three year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) are also eligible.

Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Duration: In India, there are 2 formats in which this course is available-
1. Regular Pharm D program (6 years long)
2. Pharm D (Post-Baccalaureate) program (3 years long)

COURSE DETAILS
* Pharm D (6 years long): This course is 6 years long. Academic program lasts for a period of 5 years. 1 year is dedicated towards internship.
* Pharm D (Post-Baccalaureate): This course is 3 years long. Academic program lasts for a period of 5 years. 1 year is dedicated towards internship.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Pharm D (6 years long course): Science stream students (any group- Mathematics or Biology), who have passed 10+2 board examination from a recognized board OR Diploma in Pharmacy holders (from a PCI recognized institute) are eligible to pursue this course. Some institutes do have the minimum marks criteria.
• According to this criteria, a student must have scored at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Optional subject (Mathematics/Biology) in 12th board examination.
• Pharm D (Post-Baccalaureate): Graduates who have completed B Pharm from a PCIrecognized institute are eligible to pursue this course. Minimum aggregate marks required -50%. Some institutes do have minimum marks criteria.
